Welcome to the Ciencia Customer Service Portal for managing Docusign envelopes. Here's a quick overview of the available actions:
Use this option to send a Ship-To Confirmation document. This requires the recipient's name and email, a unique Order ID (up to 7 characters), and the full shipping address (Address, Address 2 (optional), City, State, and Zip Code). Your customer will sign the document using Docusign to confirm the ship-to location for the given order.
This allows you to send an event waiver form to your customer. You'll need the recipient's name and email, and you must select the specific event name from a predefined list.
Quickly send a Non-Disclosure Agreement using Docusign Document Generation for eSignature. Simply enter recipient's name and email, the company name, and the company's address and a dynamic, pre-populated NDA will be sent for signature.
View a list of envelopes sent in the last 30 days. For each envelope, you can see its current status, view detailed information, check its audit history, or download the combined PDF document.
