• Business Logic in the workflow to deliver to right document to the right recipient(s) based on information collected during the process

• Web Forms to collect the data in a guided format, customizing the experience for the user

• Docusign's App Center to writeback data and documents into Salesforce

All of this happens without the requirement to write code . . . simply assemble the pieces in the workflow . . .

Data uploads to Salesforce post-Signature

As part of the Maestro workflow, after the documents are signed, the data elements are written back into Salesforce.  A case record is created in Salesforce, the Patient and Provider information is uploaded to allow for the next step in the business process.

Additionally the signed document and Certificate of Completion is uploaded and attached to the case itself.

The link below should take you straight to the Case view in Salesforce. Make sure you select the "View All Cases" option and you will see the Case record for the demo upon completion.
